These make the perfect snack for after school, or to take with you to work when you feel like a little healthy sweet something.
Almond Butter Bliss Bites
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. If your almond butter is coming from the refrigerator, pop it in the microwave briefly to soften it to make it easier to stir with the other ingredients.
After everything is mixed well, refrigerate for 30 minutes to make it easier to form into balls.
Using a small triggered ice cream scoop, form into balls on a piece of parchment or wax paper. Gently roll balls in your hands to make them more compact.
Store in the refrigerator.
